This kit allows you to easily prepare authentic Japanese chirashi sushi at home in just minutes. Simply mix the included sushi rice vinegar and vegetable ingredients with your rice, then add your favorite toppings like sashimi, egg omelet, or seaweed.

Instructions

For 2 servings:

• Prepare 500g of warm, cooked rice
• Add the bag of vinegar to the rice and mix well
• Add the bag of vegetable ingredients and mix again
• Let the rice cool, then top with your choice of sashimi, eggs, avocado, sesame seeds, nori seaweed, or other favorite toppings
